ORDER & DELIVERY
Having placed an order you will receive an email confirmation which acknowledges our receipt of that order. We aim to fulfil your order as quickly as possible subject to stock levels and successful payment processing. Only when your order is dispatched is there a contract in place between the buyer (‘you’) and supplier (‘us’). By placing an order you confirm you are able to enter a binding contract and you agree that the use of the product will be entirely at your own risk and that we (‘the supplier’) are not liable.
We retain the right to reject any order at any stage before the order is dispatched. If payment has been received we will refund the amount in full. Postage & Packaging is free on all orders unless stated within the product information. All orders received before 12pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day. Any orders received after 12pm will be dispatched the following working day. Smaller orders and items will be dispatched via Royal Mail using 2nd Class post and can take up to 3 days to arrive. Larger orders and items will be delivered using a courier service with UK mainland orders using a next day delivery service. UK Islands & Scottish Highlands will use a 48hr delivery service. Special delivery instructions can be added at checkout. We do not deliver outside the UK & Ireland. Please examine the goods carefully when they are delivered and only sign for them if you are happy they are not damaged. Please notify us as soon as possible of any fault or damage.
CANCELLATION, REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
You can cancel your order before it is dispatched. We will make a full refund. Please contact us on 01981 590 224 if you wish to cancel your order.
We will fully refund, or replace, your order if the product is delivered in a damaged condition. We must be notified within 7 days of the delivery date and the product must be returned to us for inspection. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or change your mind you can return the product to us within 14 days of making the order.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and able to be resold as new to obtain a full refund. We recommend the use of tracked mail to return the product at your cost. The product will be carefully inspected on receipt and the refund applied with 7 working days if everything is in order. Please provide contact details if you are requesting a refund.
Okatsune manufactures high quality products and product defects are rare. Any warranty does not cover general wear & tear through regular use or inappropriate use of the product other than that for which it was designed. Any warranty claim should initially be made in writing by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org and by including some photos which show any product defects. In order to take the claim further we may ask you to send the product to us for inspection.
We take the privacy of all visitors to the website very seriously. When you make an order from the website we will need the following information which will be collected and saved as part of the ordering process: Name, Address, Email Address, and Telephone Number.
All payments are made through the major payment provider, SAGEPAY. We do not store your credit card details. We use ‘cookies’ to improve your user experience , track your order and analyse site performance. ‘Cookies’ are used by many websites. They are small files stored on your device and enabled by default on all internet browsers. We do not allow 3rd party ‘cookies’ other than those which help us analyse our website performance. You can disable ‘cookies’ on your device and you will still be able to browse the website although you will prevent the website from functioning efficiently. This may impact your user experience. We do not share or pass on any of your details to 3rd parties other than those necessary to fulfil the order.
