Order & Delivery
Having placed an order you will receive an email confirmation which acknowledges our receipt of that order. We aim to fulfil your order as quickly as possible subject to stock levels and successful payment processing. Only when your order is dispatched is there a contract in place between the buyer (‘you’) and supplier (‘us’). By placing an order you confirm you are able to enter a binding contract and you agree that the use of the product will be entirely at your own risk and that we (‘the supplier’) are not liable.
We retain the right to reject any order at any stage before the order is dispatched. If payment has been received we will refund the amount in full. Postage & Packaging is free on all orders unless stated within the product information. All orders received before 12pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day. Any orders received after 12pm will be dispatched the following working day. Smaller orders and items will be dispatched via Royal Mail using 2nd Class post and can take up to 3 days to arrive. Larger orders and items will be delivered using a courier service with UK mainland orders using a next day delivery service. UK Islands & Scottish Highlands will use a 48hr delivery service. Special delivery instructions can be added at checkout. We do not deliver outside the UK & Ireland. Please examine the goods carefully when they are delivered and only sign for them if you are happy they are not damaged. Please notify us as soon as possible of any fault or damage.
Cancellation, Refund & Returns Policy
You can cancel your order before it is dispatched. We will make a full refund. Please contact us on 01981 590 224 if you wish to cancel your order.
We will fully refund, or replace, your order if the product is delivered in a damaged condition. We must be notified within 7 days of the delivery date and the product must be returned to us for inspection. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or change your mind you can return the product to us within 14 days of making the order.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and able to be resold as new to obtain a full refund. We recommend the use of tracked mail to return the product at your cost. The product will be carefully inspected on receipt and the refund applied with 7 working days if everything is in order. Please provide contact details if you are requesting a refund.
