Limited Lifetime Warranty

Okatsune garden tools sold in the UK through Okatsune UK and/or its related sales are covered by Okatsune’s “Limited Lifetime Warranty” against defects in material and construction:

1. Warranty is handled according to the European Directive 1999/44/EG or according to the legislation of the residing country of the buyer should this deviate.
2. The product that is eligible for assessment of guarantee must be sent back to the seller. Transport costs are not covered by the guarantee.
3. The guarantee generally includes the errors that may appear in the material, construction or finishing and does not include damage resulting from transport, improper use and / or wear and tear of parts that precisely have the function to wear: the wearing parts.
4. A product that is eligible for assessment or guarantee will, if possible, in the first instance be repaired.

Okatsune UK request that any warranty claim
must be accompanied by photographic evidence in the first instance and where
necessary damaged items will need to be returned for full evaluation.

 

Having placed
an order, an order number will be generated which acknowledges our receipt of
that order.

We aim to
fulfil your order as quickly as possible subject to stock levels and successful
payment processing. We retain the right to reject any order at any stage before
the order is dispatched. If payment has been received, we will refund the
amount in full.

Only when
your order is dispatched is there a contract in place between the buyer (‘you’)
and supplier (‘us’). By placing an order, you confirm you can enter a binding
contract, and you agree that the use of the product will be entirely at your
own risk and that we (‘the supplier’) are not liable. 

We do not
deliver outside the UK & Ireland.

Postage
& Packaging is free on all orders, unless stated within the product
information.

All orders
are dispatched via Royal Mail and are sent using a tracked 48-hour service. Please
enter mobile number and/or email to receive tracking updates. All orders
received before 12pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day. Any orders
received after 12pm will be dispatched the following working day. 
Special delivery instructions can be added at checkout.

Please
examine the goods carefully when they are delivered for signs of damage
(Cancellation, Refunds & Returns).

If you wish
to cancel your order before it is dispatched. We will make a full refund.

us within 7 days of delivery if goods are damaged. We will request return, and
a full refund will be issued within 7 days as long as goods remain unopened and
in original packaging.

Should you
change your mind about your purchase and wish to return your goods, please
return to us within 14 days of making the order. A full refund will be issued
within 7 days as long as goods remain unopened and in the original packaging.
